Hey guys!



Let's talk a bit about the new Orochimaru

Personally I think he is a bit awkward ninja and hard to use in teams (because there are almost always better replacements instead of him in teams), however he does have some interesting skills and can be fun to mess around with.



Positive


-A lot of good synergy with his chase (easy to continue)

-Adding 2 poison layers thru his chase is great for all mains (except if you are chasing an immune ninja)

-Round 1 mystery with tag (which can increase your damage overall on enemy, or help out a ninja such as Hokage Minato)

-Dodge passive is always a plus



Negative


-His 100 chakra passive is not so easy to utilize(except using Madara) and won't do much even if you the 100 chakra

-Lack of some things compared to other ninja that can replace him in teams (e.g. buff passive, clearing debuffs, immobile/chaos etc etc)




1. Wind Main "tag 'em up"

A nice team, Orochimaru helps Minato get the tags on enemy team easily and also adding the poison layers to your enemy


You can replace the clones passive with chakra gaining if you want to reach that 100 chakra sooner (round 2-3)

Also you c*e Wind Enhancement if you want to go full offense but Flower Guard is always safer.




2. Wind Main "remove immunity, poison , chaos"

A pretty nice team with being able to remove immunity, poison the target thru Orochimaru chases and with the help of chases you can have enough chakra for all mysteries every round which is most important on round 2.


You c*e Flower Guard for less damage but more protection.



3. Water Main "chaos spam, chakra drain, interrupt"

You can trigger the chases easily round 1 right away with Orochimaru mystery unless they have dodgers team


Other than that spamming Water Main mystery is the way this team goes and trying to chaos everyone, however the chases aren't good with Water Main mystery since they are all revolving around 10-20-30 hit combos.



4. Fire Main

The typical Shisui team, as I mentioned at start of thread in these kind of teams you can see how some ninjas could be more useful such as Anbu Itachi or Iruka instead of Orochimaru.

Nevertheless he can still be used , decent for adding tags for more damage and poison layers to enemy.

Also this is a full dodge team pretty much which is amazing to have in round 2.



5. Earth Main "experimental pos1 Orochimaru blitz"

This is a team for those who think their pos1 is strong enough and want to have some fun

The team easily acquires 100 chakra just after Earth Main mystery, therefore having Orochimaru hit 7 units with his standard attack and also having that mystery round 1 that can do decent damage if you have an strong pos1 power.

Yeah but using Mabui is kind of a waste of ninja slots


She isn't really useful
