799 is a good price for the pack. Just beware that if your goal is the rebate the random level 5 rune is not considered part of it.

  • I don't get what you mean with the last part. Do these keys have no chance for level 5 runes drop? But they do count toward the rebate, don't they?

You get 88 keys + one level 5 rune. If you buy the pack at the normal price, 900, for the rebate meanings only that pack would be worse than buying 9 of the 10 special key packs at 100 coupons since they would grant you 90 keys + up to 9 more keys, so, for the same price, rebate-wise, the first option grants you 88 keys while the other 90-99.
