Still, he isn't and won't ever be a good ninja.

What would make him good if his prompt attack mystery would bring the barrier back, then I understand the 60 or 80 chakra cost as well.

But he is still "good" as a support ninja for Jinchuriki.

I've played this game since Day 1 and i just can't leave this game no matter how badly handled it is, because i love it. This week's Recharge Rebate is a robbery, plain and simple. Why get 6 Itachi frags for 15k ingots when you can get 6 from Shinobi Feast for 4800 ingots? Now i know you might say "But dude, that Ultimate Essence is totally worth it because normally it's worth 20-30k right? WRONG, nothing in a game should cost THAT much.
