Oasis really does nothing to appease the masses that play this game. For the past month I see people(myself included) in the forums(new weekly event forums) asking for Shisui for a straight month and Oasis does nothing about it. They wants to be smarta55es and put him in a RNG aka rigged wheel so it's impossible to get his frags or at least complete him, so they give us Jonin/Hokage Minato instead for us to redeem in redeemable events.

Like, I started saving Coupons for Shisui and I started with no coupons at the start and here I am with almost 10k coupons waiting for a fkn event where we can redeem him. It's really pathetic how we have to wait weekly to buy a ninja we want and if its not there then we have to wait another week, it's ridiculous. Seriously, start handing out more than 3 ninjas a week, cus 3 isn't enough and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH WAITING A FULL WEEK FOR A CHANCE OF RECYCLED NINJAS EVERY WEEK.

Trust me I kept track and Shisui hasnt been in a redeemable event in almost a month in a half. And you "DO REALIZED" that some people aren't around when it happens right?
