I am greatly disappointed by this response to the backlash of your own mistake. I spent $200 fully expecting 100 Edo Tobirama fragments and the other rewards.
Know that I will never participate in this event ever again and I will stop recharging altogether except for the monthly coupon packs.

I must've missed where that was said because last I recall it said event is cross server so yes this guy ranks 2nd on HIS server but he won't be 2nd cross server there for won't get edo tobirama frags. I have the same issue im the ONLY person who has over 200 flowers on my own server and probaly wouldn't have invested in the event at all if I could've seen the rankings board. If we're not going to get the Edo Tobi frags for being ranked 1-3 on our own servers then the ingots we spent isn't worth the event. We could've spent them somewhere else in a much better event i.e great plates or w.e comes out this coming week.

I figured that however in that scenario I can't really speak for Shadowblaze but I for one would rather have my ingots back then and spend it on something else which is more or less what Shadowblaze was trying to say. You want to offer fair compensation then you should offer to refund people the ingots they invested in the event if they request them back. I for one would definitely like my ingots back I'll still end up using them just in a different event.

I would rather have edo tobirama than the ingots. i bought cave key packs so its not like i got something i didnt want, but i also wanted the rewards for the flower event with them, just buying the cave key packs wasn't worth enough to me, i needed the extra rewards for it to be worth my ingots.

Yea I know but he already made it clear that you wouldn't be eligible for the Tobi frags so if thats the case wouldnt you rather have the ingots back? I know I would especially since Edo Roshi is being released tomorrow in the US region that seems alot more worth it then some keypacks and NO edo tobi frags.

I think you owe it to your customers and the future of your company to right this wrong by giving us the frags we or our ingots back. Not coupons. We have spent at least 10,000 ingots to get into the rankings and you only want to compensate us a few thousand coupons?!?!?!?!? This is bullsh!t. Either give me my ingots back or give the prizes that the event stated.
