I think reward in this event should be from server/merge-server ranging and next time they should fix rules and ranking list if it should be cross-server event

Let me educate you guys. This event might be intended for server-merged only. I don't know why did they decided to add this event if its bugged. Look on how they can't fix the rankings? Pretty sure they hire or assigned someone to gather all the rankings on all servers and post it here. This is not a false information. If it's a visual bug they would be able to update the rankings now per region. Remember the bug on arena last week? Why they can fix that bug asap? That's cross server too right? Why they can't apply the fix here? Just my 2 cents. They always screw the f2p players now they want to screw the spenders. If you guys let them off the h00k this time, I will warn you, they will always do this. If I were you spender people, don't spend until they learn their lesson.

same issue, found event very misleading. recharged and spent under the impression sunflower was to be for each individual server.

the compensation was very poor and the bug issue wasn't made aware to us until days after event started.

This event cycle I wanted to get my last 25 frags of Deidara. I would not have spent an extra $150 if I knew I was not going to get Tobirama from this event.. Isn't this lack of information illegal? Not everyone has or checks the forums before spending to be able to know that this was cross server. To be quite honest, I was not mad until I saw the reward/compensation given. You're telling us that 10 cave keys, 2 advanced thread, 20 mt myobokus, will compensate the $200 dollars everyone spent for? What a joke.

My suggestion: Let players know via INFORMATION *ON (the " *on near the x).

Add "ACROSS ALL SERVERS" under #1 of the rules... Thanks

man i spend 400$ just for this event because well this type of event in china and the first ones are server only,but god for real they play us, im mad about and even worse about this compesation, i mean the best case would be that this event go to server only, but i think we all accept a better compesation for this event i mean those reward god

As far as mistakes go, this falls under false adverti*t as you had provided an event description stating that it was per server. It only became cross server after we payed... I'm in the ranking for my server and would be immensely disappointed if we do not get what was initially stated in the event description.

I almost never play this game or even post here anymore but let me give you some info before you decide to get a lawyer to sue for something you will not win in any way. First, you must have Oasis give the original statement saying the Flower event is per server. Second you have to prove they mislead on purpose. Misleading on PURPOSE is against the law, if it is misleading due to a bug that is not false adverti*t. Also you have to find a law that governs internet games such as this one and find that law and look at it then throw it away. Then you have to find a lawyer that knows Chinese Laws then find the law that governs that and then sue. Before you talk about suing someone look it up. If you haven't already read the TOS, it states and i quote "By visiting or using the Service, you agree that the laws of The People's Republic of China, without regard to principles of conflict of laws and regardless of your location, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and OASIS. Any claim or dispute between you and OASIS that arises in whole or in part from your use of the Service shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Haidian District，Beijing, and you hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in Beijing." Please learn what you accepted when you decided to recharge or play this game. So for all of you saying sue this sue that, learn what you have accepted and then see what you can do aka get a good * lawyer and find one that will fight the biggest gaming company in China. Most of the people saying that most likely comes from the "land of the lawsuits" (i'm talking about the US in case people did not understand that reference) for them to say like so easily. Don't forget Tencent has a LOT of money so they would just drown the plaintiffs with paperwork to make the lawsuit pointless. I can understand for newer players to understand why they fell for this event if this was the first time doing this but the flower event this time looks exactly the same as before and I saw little responses before that, especially it being cross-server.

When you say “the biggest gaming company in China”, are you sure you aren’t confusing OASIS with Tencent? It’s hardly about bringing this case to court, it’s more about establishing our concerns with the game and making sure that we, as players, are heard and respected. There are areas where improvements are crucially needed, but at the end of the day we just want to enjoy the game.

Unacceptable compensation for 200$ dollars. I agree with Zama in every way. I am also a victim of what seem to be a slap on the face.

Let's not forget this game still belong to tencent, and if you're sue'ing this company, i doubt tencent will just sit on the sidelines.

This isn't good at all.

You pay money, a few days later, it turns out that there was a bug which ultimately meant the said money wasn't going for the initial goal.

Just make it server only and call it a week, things will be much better.
