The fact they don't implement this one just means they want old servers people to keep their unfair advantage.

I can remember some long long time ago they legit posted within the forum post of new events that there would be a new ti added and it was this one xD Yet we still dont see it anywhere

To make a comparison:

This is the first video about TI 5 Kages i've seen. Published the 12/2/17 (event was released that week).

This video shows when CN got the Six Paths' Tools. Published 25/9/16 (function was released that week).

That said, the speed EN version and CN version proceed is different. It's been said more and more times that we could't compare our version to the Chinese one.

So... take your conclusions.
