I feel if you are lower power and fighting often blitz/buff based teams then he will be useful for winning

Yeah Han is still super good. Think about it, almost EVERY lineup involves a buff/shield of some sort so if he removes that then gg ezpz. He's pretty good cos he creates like a fresh-start battle - completely wipes the buffs everyone's got and makes it an even playing field. He can help you win vs BP that is like 20k power above you in soem cases (depends on the lineup youre running of course).

Like if was not a counter for kurama naruto and angel god konan by denying any temporary buff they can get and the cd reduction of their mysteries...

Ehh, with Angel Han can only really deny main buffs and the cool down reduction on basic. Both of Angel's passive buff can't be removed so she will still be strong if she is run with chakra gen. So if with Han your can't put Angel down round 1 she will shred your lineup round 2. Han is definitely stronger against kcm one on one though most water Han teams will be around facing him for awhile.

Well i think he is great ninja for f2p.My reason is i used cancer Han Roshi Sailor Sakura Water Main and i defeated a guy who has more than 110k even if im 87k with that team .I mooded Han on Defense and WM on ninjutsu.110k used kushimaru team.
