do not go on for any reason if you plan to make it a level 10, unless you want to waste the 200 wish credit you are going to get out of it.

That's so unfortunate .. My 1 weapon leveled up from Lv8 to Lv9 with only 120+ runes .. now i'm sitting at 500/1000 to get it to Lv10 .. How many advance do i need to use to get it to Lv10? ..

no, only the 100 you got from the eventual previous level up disappear, but the other 394 stay.
