it is not a bug event it means it ended it just hasn't been removed from the events

why cant claim rewards after has 750 contributions.

Check the date at the top of the event. The collection of orbs and redeeming them in the shop ended yesterday.

Today only players from the winning side of the battlefield area with over 750 contributions can claim rewards. If your side did not win, you can't claim them.
