Both is good but for versatile/suit any main/team Hiruzen the one . For konan he just buff akatsuki ninja yet still good if u had exclusive ninja like edo dei kisame shark kakuzu grudge , etc


Hiruzen had low damage since we dont had % tactic . but he had good survival .

for konan he had high damage .

What do you mean by the % tactic comment?

not sure because we dont had it but as far iknow expensive so f2p really hard to get it and easy for p2w ofcus ,

if u had it u can really finish the game off with 1 shot mystery .

well if i have madara and s itachi i will take edo hirozen but it's sad that i don't have one of them :| but i get angel konan then i can make many teams and she soo god

In Germany, you can get up to a +10% bonus on Ninjutusu / ATK / Whatever (in addition to the +** Stats you get).

That is why, a lot of Ninjas who work there very well (offensive power and initiative counts a lot more), are much weaker when we get them. Because you cannot just burst someone down that easily.

Tactic Percent for each lvl

Lvl 1 - 5% / Lvl 2 - 10% / Lv3 - 15% / Lvl4 - 20% / Lvl5- 25%

so you could get your Attack Ninjutsu to over 30-60k or more . this mean u can 1 shot the players with mystery .

last years we almost get this functions . but they remove it cuz many outcry from the players .

this function would make f2p left more behind and unbalance the game . in german forum had so many discus bout remove this function already.

Learn to read would you. They already said this higher up. In Germany you can get at max 25% more atk, nin and life from ghost kill for example so there atk and nin can stack much higher then ours. They can more easily one shot people so ninjas like hiruzen will work even better there then other regions.

Konan, in my eyes, better. And will go well with Hminato,Kisame team.

you do realize that the %tactics in germany dont work how they are supposed to work right they are bugged

the %you get is on your total att/nin or whatever but they should give you only the % on the boost you get from tactic itself and that for every stage of the %

that means if you have 15k nin wihtout the% and get a 20% tactic you get 15000x1.05x1.1x1.15x1.2=23909nin

That seems a bit gamebreaking /s

Anyway, since most "known" people in germany seems to use ghost page (like energy, django and millenia as seen in energy/marw videos), hiruzen is usually in atk position. This is why you see some crazy autoattack numbers (30k crit damage on one auto from energy's video) and why this whole "germany has %tactics" is a bit silly to me, since hiruzen's mystery scales only on nin.

Energy has the nin%tactic on 20 or 25% millenia 15% dajingo 25%

Seem ure wrong it bugged but give more % what it should . on german forum had many people want to remove this because of the 1 shot from the p2w .

Ofc i know that but it really doesn't matter if it's bugged or not it would still not be good for the game to have it at all. Why has it not been fixed if it's bug btw?

I dont think you unterstand what i was trying to say when the %tactics work the way way they are supposed to work a 25% tactic would give you about 1k more than a bugged 10%tactic
