In Ti and weekend chase missions etc Kisame (Samehada Fusion Mode) doesn't work. When I activate the barrier it stops me and any party member with me from using abilities but doesnt stop the enemy npc. Sorry if this isnt a bug and was actually your intention.

Hi there! The barrier should stop all units Mystery usage. Was the NPC using mysteries?

Yes, example Sasuke/Itachi 54k Ti, Itachi and deidara use mysteries round 1, I use barrier and it does not stop them.
