You collect 264 seals (so you can pull 300 times when the rebate comes) and wait for the event called Recruitment Feedback. Once the Event arrives and you got the required amount of pulls you pull 300 times (not a single pull extra). Once you get past 900 pulls into the tresaure i would consider pulling every time you get to 10. It may not be the most efficient way to pull but you'll get that super rare faster.

Ok, what people are failing to properly explain to you is this: There is an ever-constant counter every single time you pull from the treasure.

This includes the following:

Free Pulls (once every 2 days)

Single Pulls with 1x Seal Scroll

10 Pulls with 10x Seal Scrolls

Unless you keep track yourself, there isn't a way to know how many you have done. I personally keep an excel file and update it every week with pulls that I have done. So far, since the release, through rebates and Free Pulls, I have done over 730 pulls. By the time I am ready with the next rebate (just need 200 more seal scrolls) I should have one of the Supers by then.

So it really doesn't matter if you do it all at once or in short bursts. The counter will keep on until that magic number is met.

Also, I am not entirely certain what the scroll count is. I have Seen videos that players have posted that show that they get them at the 1000 mark. Others have claimed that they got around 900 while some claim 1100ish.

So while there may be no real SET NUMBER, some theorize that once you reach a minimum pull amount (for example, 800 pulls) that the Super Rare becomes "Unlocked" and that you have a chance to get him after that threshold is reached (and the odds are increased as you keep pulling until it reaches 100% guaranteed). This may or may not be the case, but it would explain the variable rate that people have gotten him at.

7days seal dont work for the event you need to have 300

There are 2 seal scroll rebates. One gives permanent seal scrolls and one gives 7 days seal scrolls. The one he is talking about gives you permanent seal scrolls and therefore you need 264 to complete the 300 rebate.
