Oasis/Tencent, I figure you guys would know the answer

...since this character is one you invented (a.k.a., not imported from the anime/manga)

...so this question is for you:

As far as I understand, "fuku" means riches, "roku" means six, and "maru" means complete.

So you get "6 complete riches" as a translation

But what does this mean exactly?

There's no such thing as gibberish words....all words have an origin...be it an adaptation of archaic, related or foreign words....or introduced through sheer practical custom and experience.

Anyways, lol

I FINALLY SOLVED THE MYSTERY (i think) of the "6 complete riches"!!

I believe it transliterates into "A Million Dollars" (a fortune of 6 zeros)

$1,000,000 is often slang for ultimate wealth (fuku),

it has six zeros (roku),

a zero is round and represent's "fullness" or "completion" of that digit (maru)

fuku - roku - maru

Note: it may be a coincidence, but wealthy people are sometimes deemed "fat cats"...which is what Fukurokumaru literally is, lol
