The issue you may faced in the past could be the delivery of the feedback (free from negativity) and the other people responding to your post in where they encourage theories/negativity. Even if you provided feedbck via that particular section, the oasis team may need an amount of people replying that shares a common goal to bring light to the issue. You also have to think what feedback is reasonable to them to make them apply. Something like adding a previous added ninja to hot topics for the week may be easier than introducing their upcoming updates (much harder to change their minds if they have a timeline).
