well I don't know the RNG formula in this event but I did wasted 4k coupons and my brother 3.5k coupons on this lucky star event and we didn't get any luck I got 1 Susanoo sasuk frags the rest are stars and seal and summon scrolls etc out of 4k coupons my brother got 2 Susanoo frags and stars and scrolls etc. I really want to know the formula for this RNG stuff. coz one player on our server got minato and hes lvl 74 and has 24k power and he just got minato on free draw!! wow I'm really impressed.
