I know there's a 10 key per day limit for sweep prizes; that may apply to buying keys as well...

I keep getting the lvl not high enough even though I am at lvl 38

On what server are you playing ? Only servers that are opened for more than 7 days got this event.

ahhh please clarify? am i not allowed to buy a BUNCH of keys at the very end of the event?

S22 and yes I can't buy key at the store at all keep saying my lvl is not high enough

even though I am lvl 29 now still can not buy any key at the store. and nothing in the event say about any lvl requirement for buying key in the store

I only wish they tell you the lvl requirement to buy key found out it lvl 45

You need to be lvl 30 in order to do so i believe, since you need lvl 30 too use the events

For most of the events you have to be at least level 30.
To be able to buy key, you have to be at least level 45.
