  • i bet Shisui in Wheel of fortune, Minato in mobilization mission, shark kisame recharge event. Reason? you'll behold lucky players getting him on 10 tries and unluck people not getting him. Even though they will spend 5k+ .

yeah minato is always in mission box.

  • please put shisui in an event that doesnt need a massive amount of rng to get his frags...all im asking been saving since the unlucky star wheel and u still dont put him into events that f2ps can get frags from.

shisui will be in wheel of misfortune.
