Yes, he buffs/shields only ninjas from your own team

Most likely a bit mix-up with translation

Hello, you have anbu itachi + Sasuke + Kimimaro + Guy at the moment that can you combine together, i would suggest you to grab Iruka as fast as you can and do the solid f2p teams with him: Lightning Main - Iruka - Sasuke - Kimimaro and Lightning Main - Iruka - Anbu Itachi - Sasuke !!

How does tai and nin pentration work?

Same with damage reduction?

No one except the developers know how exactly damage is calculated, there is a formula in the community but it doesn't seem to be exactly correct so I won't share it here.

About tai/nin *ions currently we did some tests and they don't appear to work at all (only useful as Fake Power to increase your numbers)

Damage reduction however works but is not as significant as it sounds. No need to force that stats
