Actually bro, its not a joke .. If you want Anbu Itachi badly and wanted to get him this month .. The only option you got now is to get a Medal, which gives you a chance to make-up your missed days (5 maximum days) .. But if you dont like, its ok too since we know for sure that Anbu Itachi will be in events too in the future but of course not free ..

But if you really pressed the "17" yesterday and it is bugged like what you said, you may go to customer support and file a ticket regarding this matter .. hope someone assist you and resolve your problem bro .. good luck ..

But it's not fair. I missed it because of the bug and I'd like to get it in compensation, because it's not my fault.

I feel you bro, so the best option and advice that i can give you now is to file a ticket at the customer support and explain what happened yesterday, provide the infos they're needed and wait for their reply .. if its worth a try then go for it .. but now you must learn something from this matter, always check the sign-in page twice trice or gazillion times as much as you can to make sure the day is signed-in .. im doing it with my 2 accounts now so im sure that i will not miss the day .. i really want to get anbu itachi so im doing extra precautions to avoid missing it ..

Sure .. You can find the Customer Support by clicking the "?" icon in the upper right part of your screen while you're in the game or just click here and choose Naruto Online as your game platform then choose "bug" from the choices ..
