This is actually one of the dumbest parts of this game. Why are some people saving up 10-20k coupons over months while some people get it through wheels. It is a game breaking problem as it ruins the balance especially among f2p players.

Suggestion- 5 frags as jackpot but more common. Run 80 frag reward on ingot events like consumption wheel, arena training recharge wheel etc...This is so that those who slowly piece frags together can gain some progress, instead of randomly handing out full ninjas.

sadly true. my brother spend real money and end up getting their fragments instead. but some lucky players got good dodge ninja for only a 200 to 2k coupons haha sad. he also tried getting kisame last event cost him 12k ingots i think but other player got kisame for a freaking 400 coupons. now he feels this game is harsh for low or medium spender. but if your a big spender no problem and if your free 2 play still no problem, one of our groupmate quit becoz of this RNG thing hes a medium spender too. now my brother feels kinda hes gambling with the game each event and he always lose but some f2p always get the ninja for super low price, then come new ninjas like gnw and destroy hes akatsuki collection and the power difference is big still he lost. sad really i dont know if hes gonna topup again. i hope he dont quit hes asking me to play for him nowadays. i really hope oasis or tencent really care for all types of players f2p low medium and big spenders coz its sad they just wanna run a gambling game that the more u spend the less your chance is. and the gnw treasure is rushed but the new update and content is still incomplete i dont know how they run the game but * ruins the naruto game thats supposed to be fun.

that's not necessarily true. An evading ninja just makes prompt mysteries more similar to not prompt ones since you have to wait for something to trigger the effect to remove it.

So the best way to move is to use an AoE effect on a non evading ninja to hit the evading ninja too and then select the evading ninja. Or using ninjas with multiple standard attacks or high combo chases that hit more targets or ninjas like Samui that can let you remove the effect by directly target them.

There are some standard attacks that can't be avoided and also some mysteries. The common f2p mystery that can't be avoided is tenten gnw one.

Remember also that the worst enemy of evading ninjas are high combo chases that hit multiple targets.
