I suggest that you file a ticket at the Customer Support and provide Screenshots of the said error and it must have visible time-stamps for them to verify the logs of your account ..

Yes bro, this bug also happened last time in Treasure of the Sage (Jan11) .. Each box with 10% discount is worth 3375 but it only shows that you can only get 1pc of fragment .. I don't know how it looks like now in this weeks Treasure of Sage since i'm saving my Sage Keys till wed and use them all at the last day of the event, so i can save more coupons and have a chance of hitting 30% discount of my desired item ..
