Are Great Ninja War Characters always going to be monthly rewards?
Also, how are we supposed to get these characters up to 4 stars or even possibly 5 stars?
For example, GNW Shino seems to be impossible to get up to 3 stars. . .
Or is it the same character/event every month, and we'lll have to wait next year?
I'm really looking forward to GNW Neji. . .

Also, a side question . . .
I heard that for Treasures, every time you get a non-designated Rare, your chances for one actually goes up?
Does that go for Summoning Treasures? I've always gotten purple repeats for them, you see. However, today's free draw gave me a level 5 rune. . .
Did my chances for an Orange summon just vaporize? D: (get it? Because. . I got . .uhm . .a Vapor rune .. . ba-dum tss)
Meanwhile, two people yesterday drew Rhinos. :P
