I may not be maxed out on level, but I'm one of the top in my merged server power and level wise. I'm not a huge spender but I do spend a moderate amount. I never spend too many coupons on RNG but I did however did a 10 spin the other night because I wanted a contracting scroll.. And I ended up getting this... I also got a Hashi from lucky nin pack a few months ago when I only opened 3 packs, whereas there's times I've opened over 100 packs with nothing, also 3 other guys from my group got hashi from lucky nin pack, I was the only p2w while they're all f2p. I don't really see the point in your post...
