Can you please elaborate on the issue?

Is it the client not being able to save your previous settings?

This icons in game to disable music and sounds don't work after i reload the game in client or browser.
I can save this mute only in client settings.

I also have that white border line. When my GNW fight got bug, I refresh the game and that white border appeared all of a sudden. It also appears in the browser and i don't know how to fix or remove it.

The white border shows up for me as well, like the game defaults to wanting a scroll-bar but doesn't actually need one. It usually goes away if I un-maximize and then re-maximize it, making the game re-adjust its size/resolution. It'll still reappear again if I refresh at all though.

click that once to make ur browser window small

and click it again to make it big again, while the loading screen is running when u start the game.

thats works for me, i have to do that every time tho.
