Please remember that you have to manually click the calendar to achieve a checkmark.
However, if you feel you've clicked the calendar and didn't receive your reward.
Then please take the screenshots provided and contact our Customer Service through the client (The "?" at the top right)
Make sure to create a ticket stating the reason and provide as much detail as possible. They'll investigate your information and better help you through the process.
