Shikaku was there for me at first refresh yesterday, now he's not showing up since lol.

He shows up in ranked arena and group shops to its more of a random choice i dont think its a bug

We're currently aware of Shikaku disappearing in the shop replacing Deidara.

It should be fixed relatively soon!
