I'm not entirely sure on the timing of those events, but in general, servers only update power rankings once every hour. So it may be a case of that. Though you would also think it's programmed to check at the end of the event, not just read off the rankings, but who knows. Hopefully this works out for you.

For this event, the battle power normaly updated all the time so I really don't know..

Judging from your screenshot, the deadline has passed.

Do remember that ranking are recorded every hour. If you scaled your BP before the deadline and it had no effect.

Like I said, I upgraded my power just like 30minutes before the end of the event just because I didn't want to be surprised by others, and this event especially was reseting whenever you upgraded your power, even though it is 1point, I noticed that and I just wanted to take profit of everything, but as you want, you are the moderator, you know the game better than me, I won't get any problem like that in the future, thank you to have answered me quickly.
