who does it show getting buffed when he cast his radiance at the beginning of a match? that should help clarify if he's buffing both sides.

I was doing TI with him earlier and I aint see him buff anyone else on enemy team, if he did buff em why would anyone in CN use him lmao?

Is there a possibility of a barrier ninja who provides buffs for opposition? It would defeat the whole idea of having a good initiative to win barrier, since it would be buffing your opposition also. It would only buff your ninjas. Not commenting about the translations of skills they do. About zabuza, thats a mystery not a barrier, which causes blindness to upto 9 ninjas on both sides if they are not of water attribute similar to what Cee does. That cant be compared to this case.
