I bet you get Itachi next week and you only have to log in 7 days, like usually.
Well we have the next week (christmas week) and the week after that (new years) for a holiday event to have him. If they decide to put him later in an event, it's going to be different in how the other servers (germany, china) releasing them during holidays.
