I kind of agree with the guy above me. I think if you have a better combo and chases tobi is easy to kill

Easy to kill? The guy mostly dodges your mystery. Not only that...he even revives. You are already wasting your turn 2 and 3 just trying to kill him. He does alot of damage already too.

Then don't use your mystery to kill him.... Kill the other ninja first or use ninja that can start combo's without a mystery. His hp and def is not that great he is easy to deal with if you are not on auto.

The only people I have seen think he is OP are the ptw players that NEVER leave auto. They nearly kill him turn one if they get a combo on him and then the AI will try to kill him with a mystery and miss turn two.

Don't forget he is a rare ninja and all of the rares are better then the more common ninja. he is just in the survival shop atm or very few people would have him.

Yeah I agree with you 100% and I have a groupie that said he's so op that he can dodge standard attacks and revive every turn*which is not true* I don't get why people think he's so op that he's game changing. Just kill him with standard/debuffs and you are good to go.

Think the fact he can dodge mystery and revive is fine but what's op is that he can ignite every time he attacks just that causes immense dmg other time.

Everyone ignored tobi, he is op becausw he does so much damage along with his revive and ability to dodge. You can't reply here and tell me his damage output is weak.

The nerf on Tobi is justified, imo.

Maybe normal Zabuza? Perhaps his Mystery should only affect enemy units? I don't know. . :P

It has been confirmed by peeps that played other regions' version of this game that he will be nerfed. Zabuza could use a buff. The original version w/ clone c*e the x2 attack that 7 swords version has. it would be extremely useful then but now, meh.

Tobi is good, but he isn't broken to where you cannot work around him. Not sure how being able to dodge 1 Mystery per round is OP and being able to revive once during battle is game changing.

Fact remains if you've killed Tobi, then you are in a position to kill him again anyways. Just stop trying to waste your Mystery on him and kill the other 3 ninja. The time you waste trying to kill him; 3 other NIN sit there giggling like little schoolgirls because you left them unattended to kill your team. lol

Best way I can put it; but hey..if you're going to nerf Tobi, might as well nerf everything, right? Because there will be another thread about something else nobody knows how to deal with.

Ladies and gentlemen, not all ninjas are equal. They will never be all equal. The game is designed to spend hundreds of dollars to get the stronger ninjas, this won't change.

As for Toby, he isn't broken at all, you just don't know how to play against him. Mabui and Kakashi beheading blade both have mystery skills that will stop him reviving if killed. Use any ape mystery first to proc his dodge then hit him with your strong single target combo.

He would always be my second target usually in any pvp fight.

I still think he needs to be nerfed a bit, just the amount of dmg he does, like 15% less would be ideal ... and he will still be a good character after nerf.

I'm going to just throw this out here... Since I feel that nobody really has even tried to take the time to get parse results on Tobi with a reasonable sample size to even justify requesting a nerf.

I mean, heck. If his damage is a problem, let's nerf Konan, Tendo, Sage Naruto, Sasuke, PB Sasuke, etc., etc. as well. The list just goes on.

Like I said previously.. Creating a thread to nerf a character because:
A) You don't know how to deal with it.
B) You don't have it.

This is silly. Surely if you really feel he needs a nerf, go get a good amount of samples of his damage and post the results/proof. Don't just say "he needs it". Show a legit reason that he requires it.

Basically his mystery does not cause knockdown.

Do note that the ninjas available and skills available here is much different compared to what CN has right now. Also Tobi got some new skill upgrades in the CN version which increases his dodge and gives him chakra at the start of every turn. Just let this version run through the same course as the CN one.
