I'm the Quartermaster/Battle Commander of our group and the group rules say I'm authorized to send GNW Packs. However, I tried several times last night and wasn't able to. You can be assigned two positions in your group..? From what I know is that the Quartermaster is the one able to distribute the packs, while the Battle Commander oversees the formations in GNW.

Hi guys! Sorry for the confusion. From my knowledge, both senior and quartermaster's ability to send packs is for packs not yet in the game. I don't have a lot of detail on this, however, we will be updated with more detail when more is known. I will try my best to update you guys when that happens!
