Hard to say. By the time you save up for han, most likely gnw treasure would be coming a less than couple of weeks after you saved up. Do you currently have a team with roshi and saior and you are happy with it or you think han can help you be better?

Han can help me I have kurinai 5 stars and skill broken but I still need Han to deal with buff teams

This question has been asked here before, and some people will say that han roshi is a great team but lets be honest, it was great when that treasure was released to counter the lighting blitz teams that were meta at the time but right now there are a bunch of teams that dont rely on buffs to be successful so in the long term i personally think roshi is all you need untill GNW treasure comes which shouldnt take that long.

My advice is to save your seals for gnw treasure , 170 seals are 3 rares. And the rare ninjas in gnw treasure are worth it. Plus you will get a lot of ninjas which cost only 10 seals.
