I know something that Obito and Minato, whoever have dodging skill. They don't dodge GNW Tenten's mystery round 1. But They do dodge on her lighting chase.

The 'very high chance' to evade first standard, mystery or chase skill basically happens always, besides some standard attacks (Susanoo Itachi, Chojuro). The same applies to some mysteries (Susanoo Sasuke, Grudge Kakazu), however, the chase skill will miss if aforementioned attacks start a combo.

What yuee said. There are certain abilities like mysteries or standard attacks that cannot be dodged. Example of those are susano sasuke/gnw1010/grudge kakuzu mystery and sage naruto/ssn itachi's standard attacks. Those arent the only ones, just the ones that come to mind. This isn't a bug, it's just the way they work.

Thank you all for the feedback. I do get what you all are saying but if some attacks are not to be dodged then wouldn't it say so? Something like this attack can not be defended or interrupted. Like I did read kisame's mystery and it does say basically you can't defend against it. It will interrupt all skill attacks on both sides while the barrier is in effect.

Kisame isnt a skill that targets minato, so its not dodgable. Basically he creates a barrier for 1 round, where everyone will be unable to use mysteries after it is up, so theres nothing to "dodge".
