that's pretty much what you do as f2p.But sometimes you get lucky and get a good ninja from events for free. a few f2p on our server got jonin minato and hokage minato,masked man,and I got Edo deidara.On the other hand there is no one team beat all at this moment, there is a counter for every team out there.
Do you know a f2p counter for dpb hidan, sb, onoki, masked man with higher initiative that uses 4th mystery? Just asking.

kurenai,mm ,roshi,wm/fm/em. if you talking about higher power or initiative.nope what i meant was teams of equal power. kozo can beat people with team 7 and there is no counter for his power.
By definition a counter team is a team that can beat another team even if doesn't own initiative and if owns slightly lower power, like for example han, roshi, sailor sakura is a counter team for mb blitz teams.
