UPDATE ON Minato Namikaze [Fourth Hokage]
Time Space – Rasengan Barrage
Now: Causes Wind attribute damage, [Knockdown], [Interruption] and [Tag] to a selected targeted unit. If the selected targeted unit is already suffering from [Tag], up to 9 of the opponent’s units will suffer Wind attribute damage, [Interruption] and [Tag].
We will fix the skill's desc
ription in-game as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
does this mean desc
ription is wrong in game but does the paralyze now? -

It is paralyze the desc
ription is just typo/text error saying the old desc ription in game ... Read last part: We will fix the skill's desc

Minato can still tag but its only on standard atk

what did they change with ay? remove his 5 hit combo?
No its this part:
If the opponent’s field has a unit under [Tag], replace Ay’s Standard Attack for: “Attacks an opponent’s unit under [Tag], the affected unit will suffer [High Float]. After this attack, the affected unit will no longer be under [Tag]”.

can you please explain what is the different between old and new ay4 please. thank you very much. (also minato will get aoe paralysis right? the whole answer and response confused me completely.)
P/S in 3.0 after ay does 5 combo the tag he does on the target will disappear but samui chase will put a new tag on the target.
He still do 5 hits but a condition is set target must be in Tag status if its not Tag he wont do 5 hits... also after hitting tag target 5hits the status will get removed from the target preventing it to get abuse/murder too much by Ay ....
