Use Samui to tag someone u wanna take out round 1. Probably either Water Main or Wind Main these days.

Otherwise he will go random.

Ay, Darui, WB Asuma, MB with Laido skill.

Play style is same as above.

Round 1 you have 40 CP, use main to tag someone and then use Ay.

Use assassin sword for standard. To make sure you have finish that unit off.

Cons, for playing Ay. You srsly need some good amount of Initiative. Otherwise he can be stopped early.

Ay 4th USED TO BE useless, but now is not useless at all. Never met darui, samui, mb, ay 4th lineup?
