It really depends on what team you're using and if it's going to be a long fight or not. if you aim for a short fight i would say Hokage Minato and Jonin Minato if the fights take longer as he ramps up with his damage increase as soon as he chases.
totally agree hokage minato gets the work done quickly and isnt meant for longer and taxing fights ( at least not without his skillbreak) but the scaling passive of jonin makes him good for longer fights.
