He seems underwhelming, or maybe its just me. You'd still be better off running Jonin or Hokage from the look of things. Jonin has bonds and a mystery available every round. Hokage has a 9 unit cross field interrupt with a 2 round CD with a 40% perma res passive if skill broken.. I'm glad they gave him an edo version. His immune state that burns tai users might be his best feature as well as the ability to interrupt 12 people if I read that correctly. We'll have to see some gameplay I guess pvp (preferable in war) wise so Ill bite my tongue until then. I think if they gave him a scaling damage passive it would be much better so he isn't sitting out there for 3 rounds chillin you know? I'm ready for that new madara though, hopefully he doesn't disappoint.

I don't think he'll be a treasure ninja unless they decide to collapse them or release a new one. From the look of things he's ingot only for now

I think even if his growths are on the high end, he still probably wouldn't get much gameplay, you know? Say for instance his attack is at 1.9k, it wouldn't be enough. Like you stated, he lacks scaling and CD reduction, which are much needed factors in pvp in CN. Edo Minato is just sitting out there for 3 rounds contributing nothing to the lineup or team mates lol. Maybe they'll give him minor skillbreaks so he functions better in pvp. I think they could've given him more kit wise. Maybe like a prep like han has except he would toss out kunai and tag 6 random people or something. Idk lol. Compared to the other Edo Kages, he doesn't bring much to the table. We'll see though with gameplay release.

It was info posted on the CN forum. Also they made him a premium ninja. He's currently in a spending event (inos flowers) 20k minimum. No seal unfortunately.
