Lucky board is always good . it not waste for me . but u better upgrade ur Tactic too . try to stack them like a half wut they recommend , more is better .

as far i know there is no discount on tactic . but u can obtain pages for free in space time shop , also there a some event i think 'one ingot sales' u need to spent a bit ur ingot for a chance for it , like more is better . , also myoboku event wheel there a chance getting it with 100 coupons for first try ,
