Hahaha.. im in the same situation like yours.. I already finished all UT, and got 76 frags of Tendo.. The only possible way to complete him is to spend coupons on some events.. but its a luck based events, i got 2 frags of him from last months wheel, 1 from this months lucky sn4tch .. and now, trying to get the last 1 frag from the lucky star wheel..

Hahahaha.. I don't know but Tendo drives me crazy too, everytime he shows at wheel events, like im saving a thousand of coupons for weeks for purchasing Sage Naruto frags or GNW Tenten frags then Tendo appears, my coupons disappears.. hahahahaha, and again this week, my coupons once again, disappeared xD

No bro, I will not get angry, a little upset maybe but spending on those Wheel Events has some good sides too.. Getting Medium Refine Runes, Lv4 Magatamas, Lv5 Magatamas, Cave keys and Contracting Scrolls at cheaper cost is pretty good.. But the question is, When they will update the Ultimate Training? ..

I have 89 fragments and have spent almost 5 months and still I do not get in the most insignificant form nor given, sold, nor rented, illogically that fragment .. according to this in the lucky stars but it is more difficult to get only you They give stars as if one were the sky or something like that.
