As a f2p, it took me about 6-7 months just for a super rare (Raikage or Sasuke Susanoo) from kage treasure plus what does opening servers have to do with anything with getting 4th raikage?
its about not merging servers fast enough
instead they open new servers rather than focusing on merging current ones
the point is i cant do events if they dont start
and feel like its meaningless to recharge(for example getting him this week) when i have no idea if and when my server will merge

You're bringing up a different topic like merging servers and you trying to somehow connect how it is hard to get 4th Raikage I don't see how you don't get this ....
i dont see how hard it is to understand that
if i cant do events, how am i suppose to get seals?
slowly grinding for god knows how long

if i cant get that 5 wins and i have to wait 30+ minutes to try to get that 2 maybe 3 wins

The fact that you had to connect points to prove that how hard events are leads to lower seals which then leads to making it long to get a super rare which leads to a 50% chance of raikage proves my point that you are forcing your argument on how hard to get raikage with many indirect points.. If you want to bring up point, make a direct point that connects one thing with another such as the cost of a super rare and the chance of getting it in kage.
OP even said "Though he is very hard to get as a f2p". The video is meant to show people what raikage is capable of doing when he has his skillbreaks, if someone has a chance to get him. Anyway, there's no need to continue with this topic since there are multiple videos about this subject and we won't get to see it for a long while.

never did i said events are hard. I said events dont start in other words there arent enough people to finish them.
matsuri never starts. theres not enough people for sage. the few people that are in the server are either bots or dont know english because no one talks
the group im in the leader has 2 others alts and those packs go to their older members and not me. server is literally dead.

and then 50/50 of getting sasuke or ay

yes is about what ay can do when is skill broken but doesnt that make it irrelevant like you are assuming with my points because as we know... its in china and not us servers.
