I assume you don't know this but this server is not the original server. The server that is the oldest is in China and it has a lot more content and ninjas (including Madara) than we do. They continue to add more content and ninjas. It is just a matter of time as to when we get the content and ninjas from their server.

Like he said, I'm pretty sure Madara's already in China.

Madara and naruto kurama will be the two super rares in gnw treasure. You'll get one of them around every 1000 seal scrolls used. The eta for it to appear is around 6-9 months since now, but exactly like happens with ay 3rd raikage now he very likely will be available earlier as a whale only toy 1-2 months before.

Madara will be atleast 1000 seal scrolls in gnw treasure just like ay and sasuke sussano, I would suggest you skip cloud treasure and start saving scrolls from gnw and other events in 6-7 months you can save 500-600 seals scrolls if you farm them from every event which will give you 80% of what you need for madara. Also in gnw treasure madara has 50/50 of being pulled because of kurama mode naruto (kurama mode naruto is pretty bad compared to madara right now in cn)
