This is my second time posting something on forum . I am not very experienced with what to say or how to say but i will try my best .

I am playing this game for 7+ months ( server opening ) but today i realized something wrong . I am stucked at Kage rank for 2-3 months at arena but i only get the reward from Ninja School Student . The problem is that the Kage image from arena did not resets so i did not know that i am actually at Ninja School Student rank . I saved screenshots for proof .
