the other 2 are incorrect, this is the first standard attack of the midnight blade, its a repulse attack that ignores all taunts and just attacks whatevers infront of it, lightnign assaination sword that tiami is talking about will still attack hinata unlike this skill

id suggest taking a good long look at all the skills mains do when preparing to fight most things

as Akidonoki said, you had hinata mystery active, but the enemy had the standard attacks that overcomes defense skills XD. Btw, for emperor ziel, it was arena since they are level 100 both :-)

Hinata's mystery and taunt also not work against both Naruto (it possible easter egg). But works against Breeze Dancer's Twin Rasengan

Iirc, Hinata needs to be alone in the front row for her skill to work cause I face a lot of lightning blitz teams that use the repulse standard attack but my Hinata always blocks them.

Both Naruto's are not standard attacks. But passive oriented

Wind Main's is a direct standard and treated as that.
