Isn't-Healing tips, Kisame's chakra buff, any status conditions (Poison, Ignition, and others.), Barrier buffs, and (I think) buffs like Kimimaro's, Roshi's, Minato's, Sailor Sakura's , and other's damage buffs.

Really? His skill description says otherwise. Did they nerf him?
