Opinion : The drop rate of first hokage and minato fragments are weird
Reasoning : I spent about 31000 ingots buying mission boxes but there's no any minato&hashirama frags
Suggestions : Refund or mail the ninja fragments
updated: I recharge 18000 ingots (totally 49k) more and exchange everything but still ain't get any NINJA FRAGMENTS!!!! WT.............
Ok I will get it if u were trying to get susano itachi...but minato...the past two weeks he was a 11k ingot and 12-13k coupon ninja...for you to be spending that much on boxes is just...well you probably know by now...im just sad that you didn't get anything of it.
