I apologize for this incident. I also spent a lot of resources on the 29th thinking it would be the last day for this event but I too gut burned, not that it helps though. But rest assured that the next time when events like these exists, I will try to be as definite as possible. Again, I really do apologize about this.

Hi! The end date last time was correct as it did state it would end early (the event did not last the full 7 day duration like most other events), last event had a period of between July 27th to July 29th, while it states that the 30th is for claiming only.

The current event also shows an end date and time of August 30, 2017 at 23:59:59 EST. While August 31st is strictly for claiming only as can be seen here:

If by chance you are ever unsure, please ask us directly or check the "Shop" under "Purchase Limit", it will show exactly how much time is left before the "Orb of Vitality will not be available, which will correspond directly with the event end date.

Not really a problem either of you caused so I appreciate the apology Exvius and the responses from both of you, I'm sorry you got burned too. It was more a general question said in frustration from several things that have happened. For me the fact that the events recently have been less than clear in description, differing start/end times, and also that extra events are often added after the fact make for a less than pleasurable experience. An example from this week would be the having platinum recharge (Thumbs up), and then adding that wheel in towards the end that doesn't care if you recharged earlier... In short it wasn't a great week lol

I'm sure I sound like a broken record by now when I say the word confidence, as in it's just not there at the moment, and it hasn't been building with things like this. Not that it's on you mods, because I choose to believe you when you tell you give them feedback like this. Which is why I will always try to say it as politely as I can. It just really hasn't been getting much better, at this rate I feel like it's going to wear me down, and that's sad because I really do enjoy the game, just not the way it's been run.

oh.. 2 moderators have contradicting print screens. earlier in exvvius PS it stated that at august 30th while yours at august 31st. you two moderators must talk on whoever is right coz the normal players is confused.

I am thankful that i can claim the rewards tomorrow, even though i wasted abit of coupons.

However, the wordings for this event needs to be clear and precise as there is too much confusion, even for yourself as a mod.

Hi guys! There were two posts made about the same events. One was made on the Official Page found here. While the other one was made on the news section of the forum found here. The screenshot I posted was made based on the Official Page and I only later found out that the forum section was incorrect and we had it edited to fix it.

Terribly sorry for the confusion, there were in fact two conflicting posts. The correct one was the Official Page which is the same as the screenshot I posted.

P.S. The ending date is still August 30th, while the claim date is August 31st (August 31st can only claim rewards).
