if the leader of a group got offline there is some possibility that someone else take the leader after him

Yes.

After 7 days, ur seniors can kick ur leader with ingots.

and if ur leader does return, then u can tell him "Sorry we didnt warn u ahead of time. We wanted to keep it a secret. So, SURPRISE MOFO"
