I really like using Sound characters as well. I wouldn't go with putting Tayuya and Sakon together though due to the high cost of their Mysteries. You could try something like Kimimaro-Kabuto-Jugo-either Tayuya or Sakon.

Alternatively, you could go Kidomaru-Kimimaro-Kabuto-Jugo for a Tank ranked team built on taking hits from your enemy's Main Team. If you want to add more healing, swap Jugo for Sakura; if you want more damage swap Jugo for Tenten (GNW Tenten preferred, but either is fine)
